Donat Group launches Project Opus, a prototype community Website designed for the publishing and discovery of independent music.

The site launches with unique features:

• Regional portals focused on local music
• Genre filtering based on standard taxonmies and gardened user generated taxonomies (tagging)
• Categorized tagging
• Every song or playlist published with RSS and new XSPF specifiction
• Song rating system focused on "song activity" rather than by ratings or purchases alone
